This qualification is appropriate for those who have substantial experience in a range of business settings and are seeking to further develop their skills.
The flexibility with subject choice enables the course to be tailored to suit individual needs as required.
This course would be suitable for supervisors, assistants and team leaders.
There are no formal requirements for this course. However, completion of a Certificate IV level qualification, along with work experience in a position within a business environment will be good grounding for study in this program. Participants will require above average literacy skills for this course.

Written learning activities are conducted throughout each unit including collected workplace portfolio documentation when possible. Final assessment will be conducted for each unit to confirm competency.
Expected committed time to the course will occur over one to three years depending on individual situations. This includes; the independent self-paced work through workplace research and data collection, textbook study. The option for tutorials can be arranged.
